PROCESSING TIME

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES)

All orders within the United States are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. All orders must be shipped to addresses within the United States.

PACKAGING & HANDLING

Packages are discreetly labeled and do not contain any external branding or product information.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's progress through the carrier's website.

DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected delivery window, please contact us immediately at support@dobrypeptides.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Claims for damaged or lost shipments must be made within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes after shipment may incur additional fees.
