RETURN & REFUND POLICY

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Due to the nature of our products—research peptides intended for laboratory use only—we maintain strict quality control and safety standards. All sales are subject to the terms outlined below.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Product must be unopened and in its original, sealed packaging
• Return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
• Product must not have been exposed to improper storage conditions
• All original documentation and labels must be intact

Note: Opened, used, or improperly stored products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Products that have been opened or unsealed
• Products showing signs of tampering or damage
• Items purchased during promotional or clearance sales (unless defective)
• Digital products or downloadable resources

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at support@dobrypeptides.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged or defective product
• Description of the issue

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

To request a return:

• Contact our support team at support@dobrypeptides.com
• Provide your order number and reason for return
• Wait for return authorization (RMA number) before shipping
• Pack the item securely in its original packaging
• Ship to the address provided in your RMA confirmation

Important: Unauthorized returns (without an RMA number) will not be accepted.

REFUND PROCESSING

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Shipping fees are non-refundable (except in cases of defect or error on our part)
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different product, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your order before it ships by contacting us at support@dobrypeptides.com. Once an order has been shipped, standard return policies apply.

WRONG ITEM RECEIVED

If you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent at no additional charge and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.
